These little ankle pads are real GameChanger. I don’t need them to just take a 30 minute skating class, but if I wanna be on the ice for a 2 hour community skate session with my kids, I will 100% have blisters by the end if I don’t wear these. They’re very comfortable and don’t affect the fit of my skates. I’m a beginner level skater. I also where the toeless nylon “socks” on top of these with that have gel pads in them for the front lower part of your shin, to prevent the pinch of “lace bite”. They work as a good team to make skating comfortable and they help hold the discs in place on my ankles. スキーのブーツであたりが出てしまい、こちらを購入しました。 足に貼り付けて位置がずれないように靴下を履くのが面倒です。厚みがありますが弾力性があるのでブーツを普段どおりの位置で締めても圧迫感がなく、痛みがほとんどなくなりました。ブーツのインナーにドーナツ型にして貼り付けるタイプのパッドも試しましたが、そちらはブーツを締めると圧迫感が強く、うっ血して足がしびれてしまいましたが、こちらのシリコンパッドはそれがなかったです。洗って使いまわしてます。
