First and foremost this printer does not come with a USB cable in the box so you have to purchase one separately after already receiving the printer and opening the box to realize there's no cable. Secondly after setting it up, following all the instructions to the dot.... It does not take in the part. We checked if the paper we were using was supported on the website and it was but no, this printer we got did not take in paper. Everytime we tried to print It made 3 click sounds and then the the alert light comes up. It's so frustrating also we do not live in UAE. We bought this and shipped it to a shipping agent to send to our country along with many other items. This is the only that didn't work. Very disappointing.

ITEM IS RECEVIED BUT CONNECTING CABLE IS MISSING ORDER IS INCOMPLETE.HAVENT CONNECT YET BUT I BELEIVE THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

worst product
It came without USB cable and now after printing around 20 papers the cartridge is finished. What a joke. please take it back or correct the issues asap

Impossible to set up as instructed
The printer might be okay if only it can work, Instructions to download HP 123 and HP smart. Does not recognize the printer. No way to print. Returning soon
