The media could not be loaded. This is my first drone. I wanted the features of the pro drones but didn't have a budget over $600 and those get real expensive. Important features to me: UHD 4k video, 3 axis gimbal (steady video) , min 30 minutes flight time per battery, return home feature (in case of loss of control or battery drain), crash avoidance. It has all that and more. I'm getting my part 107 license and will use the drone for mainly two purposes. Recreational fun of flying an aircraft and to shoot real estate videos for my realtor wife. I received it Friday and flew several times over the weekend. The video attached is the 2k version that is stored in your phone. I also have a 4k version on the internal SD card and that is stunning and very smooth. This is both easy to fly as a novice with a lot of built in features like auto take off, hover (gps mode) and auto landing (which is different from return home fyi) as well as a faster sport mode for no holes barred action! I love flying it and got over any anxiety of crashing pretty quick... after about 3 practice flights I was soaring! It will take some time to become a great pilot but this is a great drone to start with and hang into for years. It straddles the line between high end beginner drone and low end pro drone very well. It has everything I need for recreational fun and some lite commercial work. Feels very durable and strong. It is everything it describes itself to be. I love it!

Works great when works but controller will not charge correctly. The plug in feels loose. Have to hold it to one side to charge. Have let charge for hours. Never reached full charge sometimes it shows charging but actually goes dead. Batteries charge fineUpdate finally had to return the charging problem just got worse. Will probably get the same one again. Works awesome just the charger issues

So to be honest, it is my second Tucok drone. I would say Tucok did a good job on upgrading its drone. You can see from my photos, they added several models to the drone, which are very helpful for a beginner. It is easy to fly and can connect to your cell phone easily. It takes high resolution picture and videos. But there is one thing that I should mention. The upgrade includes obstacle avoidance function, so you can become more comfortable when you start the drone. I am still learning how to fly and control the drone. Anyway, with these upgrades, it made me feel more easily to control and start. GREAT TO START!

I own higher end drones like DJI Mavic 3 and Mavic 2S, but I was looking for a drone that I could take anywhere without worrying too much about expensive devices that had obstacle avoidance and pretty decent camera. This fits the bill. It has a 1/3 CMOS sensor, so the quality of the image is obviously lower quality than the higher end drones. However, the quality of the images and videos is good enough for what I use it for. The obstacle avoidance works well. Maybe too well. I could not fly it in my backyard because it kept complaining about obstacles. I could only go up or down. In an open field, I flew it 2 miles out in 12 mph winds, and I was still getting telemetry. The resulting video from the micro-SD card came out flawless. Horizon a completely straight line, unlike the Holy Stone models like HS105/720E, and even 720G, that tend to show a curved horizon. The battery in the controller and the drone (comes with 2 batteries) came fully charged and I was able to get 56 minutes total using the 2 batteries. To me, this is a step up from my DJI Mini 2, as it handles wind speeds better and has obstacle avoidance that works. The obstacle avoidance is accomplished via a sensor that installs on the top part of the drone. It looks kind of retro, but I was surprised at how well it worked. I tried to crash into trees and a water tower 3 times and the drone would just stop. Very cool to see it work as well as it did. I will have to spend more flight time with this drone, but first 1-hour flight total was very good.

Tucok 193MAX2S drone worked great on the first flight was good. On the second time flying the drone It was hovering and just start to descend at a rapid speed remote would not slow it down. And it hit the concrete hard bounced up and flipped over its top side and now will not connect to gps or fly. Have contacted customer service. Waiting for them to make me whole.

Simple instructions plenty of flight time crystal clear camera obstacle avoiding camera works awesome but I find is to sensitive for my liking. I did have issues with my drone having a rth or a gps drone malfunction I expressed my frustrations to the company and within a day they came up with a solution and are giving me a replacement drone to solve the problem. Vary honest and helpful company.

This thing didn’t do much good. Bad video not HD. It stopped working after 4 months. The company refused to fix it when the GPS stopped working. Now it’s a paper weight cuz the company doesn’t care to fix the drone. For the price it’s totally not worth it.

I like the drone but due to no battery replacement (I asked over two months ago makes me wonder if it will ever be ready) it is something I would have considered if I knew they weren't available. The drone Flys great but giving only three stars because of this. Buyer beware. I asked about an ETA on battery. And still no answer.
