Problem was that after just a few months it wouldn't hold a charge. I called customer service and they said it qualified for a replacement or fix. So I sent it in and have never heard back. I have provided proof of delivery to the address they provided and have tried multiple times to get a status on our hoverboard with no response. I sent it to them back in November it's now March and still not heard a thing. We are out almost $300 with no hoverboard to show for it.
