They are great and they work, only inconvenience is they are very thin, I have bought many different kinds online and at the store and I found that some of the ones online tend to be thinner than the ones I find at the store or sometimes are just okay. These ones are perfect but they are definitely not for filling the shoes at all just for holding in place and for that they work as they should.

I bought shoes that were supposed to be the same size, but the right shoe was about two sizes smaller than the left shoe. I didn't have time to exchange them, so I bought these, because they'd ship faster. It actually worked out really well, them being so thin, because I used them both in the left shoe, and it almost fits now, but still not quite. They're very comfortable and adhere well to my leather shoes, but if they're meant to make shoes fit better, if you put one in each shoe, I don't think they would make them even a half size smaller. If they did, it would be only a half size, nothing more.

Really useful for shoes that don’t stay on well or rub the backs of your heels. I super glue them into my shoes because the adhesive doesn’t last a long time.

All Dr scholl’s products really work in a pinch & then some. Purchased these for new shoes that were way too big. Helped with slipping.

Originally when I first started using these, I liked them because it helped me shoes (Birdie flats) fit better and was super comfy, no more blisters, however after just 4-5 weeks of not even daily use, the gels are starting to come off and no longer adhering as well. It sucks because I really liked it but if it only lasts me a month ish then its not worth it :/

Easy to apply and comfortable

I put these in a new pair of shoes and wore them one day. They stayed put in the shoes rubber grip split into multiple layers and cause blisters.

I have had these 2 pairs of shoes that I loved but could not wear, because they were falling off my feet. The heel liners really did the job. I am able to wear my shoes now. Really happy.
