Home-use pizza proofing box
Really solid stackable pizza proofing boxes for home use. Fits in consumer grade fridges (necessary here in Asia as you cannot proof dough at 30C ambient temperatures). Easy to clean. Each box fits 8x 250g balls.

A must for making your own dough
A little on the pricey side but definitely worth the investment if youโre going to be making pizza dough regularly. Highly recommend ๐

Excellent!
Excellent. Good size. We are using it as a dripping collection for our hanging cured meats. It works wonderfully, not stain proof however.

Great product had to order another!
2nd order of this product, they're well sized and fit 6 250-300 grams balls pretty well. Construction is solid and they're easy to clean, and fit perfectly in the fridge.
