I have purchased a lot of new and old handles. This has to be one of the best. I restore old hammers as a hobby. My wife thinks it's ridiculous to own so many hammers. However, how could I trust the judgement of a woman who was willing to marry a guy who restores old hammers for a hobby.If I had one critique it would be the wedge split goes a little too far down. I would prefer no split at all.
