1. Use a heat gun to soften up the adhesives on your old phone. 2. Be patient. If the items don't release easily, apply more heat. 3. Use tweezers to remove ALL stickers on your old phone back. 4. Use B7000 Black to re-adhear to the new back and be patient. 5. Keep your working area clean and as "dust-free" as possible. This is a great replacement back that requires patience and knowledge. Review the how-tos found on one of the popular video sites. Your new back will need to have just about everything from your old back so you'll need to use heat and tweezers to get the old stuff off. Expect to spend about 30 minutes including prep and clean up. Use your heat gun to soften the back about 1:30 to 2:00 minutes focusing on the edges. Then use the metal tool to slice through the adhesive and slowly dislodge the back. Once the back is removed, place the phone in a clean place (under a large glass bowl is not a bad idea) while you work on removing the old items (stuck-on items) from the old back, and one by one... placing them on the new one. I've had to do this twice and it really is easy to do... not "simple" but easy. Work slowly.

It was easier to change than I thought it would be. Made my phone look new again.

Worked like a charm! It was actually not that hard, took maybe 25 min after watching a video. I'm so so so relieved it is not glass again. I think it was an idiot design decision from Samsung. It actually looks better than before, although I won't see it because it will be in a case. Removing the glass backing completely shattered the already broken panel, so do not expect to reuse it unless you are an expert at this. The new backing came with adhesives around the edges, but it definitely will not be water resistant after this.
