I didn't buy these for a while because the price was too high. The price dropped to a decent price, so I bought them. They were hard and stale. I was very disappointed. They're probably that way because they were sitting around for a long time because no one was buying them when the price was ridiculously high.

Sometimes fresh and sometimes harder like old/stale
For the most pat the candy is good. I order here because not always stocked in my grocery store. The price is the same as retail. I ordered twice. The first time they were fresh and chewy. The second time they were tougher to chew. The outside was hard. I guess they were stale. However, the flavor was the same.
