This actually surprised me. I had low expectations but high hopes, and it has delivered. My skin looks better, my uhhh yeah is a lot more moisturized, upped my desire and energy. Will be ordering again! The quality is top notch , my joint pain relief has been nice, just all in all feeling better.

Good supplement for nails and teeth

I got this for dental implant surgery, and the dentist was actually surprised at how well I grew bone! I have to say I was surprised as well. Needless to say I will buy them again should a need arise. These are certainly worth trying for a similar situation.

As a woman struggling with perimenopause, I have been trying different supplements to help with symptoms like low sex drive, headaches, mood swings, etc. I tried a few different things, like Primal Queen (which I hated) and OysterMin by Earthley.
