We both tried these pills, and even though we have different sleeping issues, we both felt really activated during the night. I gave them three tries, and unfortunately, now they are in the trash. :-/

I have trouble resting and this has me relaxed. It takes 20-30 minutes for it to work for me. I am more active on certain days and this helps me rest easily through out the night. Glad I purchased this.

My daughter and I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Melatonin works well for me to fall asleep but not stay asleep.This comes in a standard vitamin bottle with a push and twist child safety lid. There is a safety seal under the lid. The capsules are standard size and I had no trouble swallowing them.Serving size is three capsules. That seems crazy and a lot. I tried one at first, then two. Two seems to be the magic number for me. Although this doesn't help me fall asleep faster, I do feel like I stay asleep better.Fair warning, this contains magnesium. Magnesium does help people fall asleep faster, but if taken in too high a dose can result in bathroom issues.

I bought these to help me sleep. I tried them for about a week and not sure if u noticed a difference. Lately, I have been reading about lead in supplements. I swabbed the contents of the pill with the lead test, and the results were positive. I actually haven't seen the strips turn that positive before! Purple means positive- that there was a reaction with lead.

So far these haven't done anything for me, but am I really surprised? No. A dose is three capsules, which are on the larger side. I have tried taking just two, and I have tried taking all three, but I still wake up in the middle of the night. Maybe I need to just try one? I'll keep trying. I know some people who like these a lot, so if you're interested, just try it. Also, be careful to not swallow the silica cylinder thing in there, it isn't much bigger than a capsule and I tend to find it in my hand when I pour the capsules out. It is a white color just like the capsules.
