This really class well, even filthy but scratched records.

I normally don't find myself here doing a review but this time we'll do just that. I was sorta skeptical on the reviews I read and really if this product will make any difference.....The answer is YES!...I will say this will be my go to product on any used album that I purchase from now. I've tried many and they just didn't seem to bring any life back to the vinyl. This one did the trick, it brought the life back as if the record was just opened. Okay lets say this, if the album was used as a cutting board, well then nothing is going to work to fix that. But a non glossy album with fingerprints, smudges, and what have you, this product does a very nice clean up with out breaking the bank. Great product, and will purchase again for sure.

Normally I wait for that email Amazon sends to me requesting a review by the buyer on the product or service purchased. This time I chose to review this product less than 48 hours after receiving it. This cleaner really works. I am an avid collector and have been since I purchased my first two 45RPM's (Telstar by the Tornadoes & Peggy Sue w/Everyday B-Side) in 1962 and have been cleaning my vinyl records through out the decades starting with the Ronco record cleaner! Despite the fact that I now only download my music, I still have well over 500 albums which I do clean a couple of times a year, A fellow collector told me about this item and I purchased it based on his recommendation and I did notice the difference in the sound quality. I also received a nice email from the owner thanking me for buying his product, I like that type of follow through.

Absolutely great for getting the dirt and dust out of records. Has fixed many a skip that was hard to locate. Right now I'm on a project to digitize about 200 records, and this has been a great help.A word of caution tho: don't accidentally let the fluid sit for more than a few minutes once it's on the record. It needs to be distributed evenly via a microfiber cloth or a record brush, and if it isn't some residue will pile up on the record surface. It'll come out when the record is played or washed again. But the first time I accidentally just let the fluid dry without distributing it and then played the record, the stylus dug the residue out and left it as little white dots all over the record--very startling and worrying to see. They're easily brushed off, but it can't be good for the stylus or the record to go through that.

I have quite a collectionof vinyl and quite a lot of cleaning to do. That's why I purchased the large bottle (200 ml) soI can continue my project of cleaning and categorization. Super easy to use and went on and dried in a short amount of time. Had some older R&B Motown Records that were unique but scuffed from record stackers. Applied cleaner and they played with very little track noise. Thought they were a loss but now their back! Thanks Collector Protector
