Poor quality
I usually never purchase anything that doesn't have a return policy but, obviously something that has your name on it can't be :(. My name was squished together and didn't look like that image that I created online. Now it will just sit in the envelope it came in. Oh ya, it was folded too. They could have just packaged it in a bigger envelope.
