Total Tea Infuser - Best Stainless Steel Strainer & Steeper for Loose Leaf Tea - Set of 2 - with drip trays - in gift box

These infusers work quite well. I like that because it's made of metal it sinks to the bottom so the leaves are fully emerged & can't float to the top to not steep fully. The holes are fairly small too so with my fancy teavanna tea that has small particles of chocolate and spices, etc, none of it escapes that shouldn't (chocolate should melt tho, lol).It's also really easy to clean unlike the mesh tea basket I usually use. The whole lid comes off easily & yet latches on securely as well. The other metal ones I've had like this have fidgety latches and hinges and that is not a problem with this tea infuser at all!Since my husband drinks oolong and steeps his tea multiple times, he appreciates the little tray that comes with these. I appreciate having two come in the pack so I don't have to wait on him to be done with his multiple steepings, of buy a second one so there's no fights ;)The included metal chain is sturdy and is long enough to hang out enough to not heat up a ton so the infuser is easy to remove w/o burning oneself (again better than the mesh basket I'd been using before).We both really like these infusers! They work really well!

So far, we love these infusers; they are made of laser-cut stainless steel, so they are easy to rinse out as opposed to cotton bags or mesh steel. The drip trays are very nice to have, but they also encourage us to procrastinate cleaning out the infuser. I have not had any problems so far with anything breaking or malfunctioning, but I do worry about the small tabs that lock the lids in place eventually snapping and rendering the infusers useless. We will see in time if that is the case.

These tea strainers were bigger than I was expecting but work very well. As long as you don't put too much tea in it. They were a little difficult to put together at first. It was an easy fix, there are little metal tabs on the lids that lock into the strainer. I just prayed them out a little and the lid now slides right on. The little trays are convenient and look better than a tea soaked paper towel. Wasn't too hard to clean, I didn't put them in a dishwasher, just hand washed them. They come in a small box and would be great for a gift basket for the tea lover in your life.

Torn between four and five stars because the holes in the lid are a little larger and not the same as the holes on the body of the cup. I typically drink an extra fine rooibos and cinnamon tea and since the holes in the lid are a little bigger a small amount of tea comes out, but it is minimal compared to other fully submersible infusers. Otherwise, it is easy to use, very functional, and the size of the holes in the cup are great.

These work fine, but are VERY thin, they bend and just seem quite cheap. If the manufacturer would just beef them up a bit, it would be a nice product. I would not give them as a gift as the receiver would think you got them on the 1/2 off rack at the dollar store.

2017-So far so good! Less tea leaves in cup. Nice little plate for underneath. brews tea perfectly . Love that there are two in the box 10-18 Update- I need more of these but cost has gone up $4.00. NOT GOOD! I had given these 5 stars but now that price is 50% higher, I am now giving them 3 stars. will try to find some that are a little less expensive!

Don't waste your money, these tea diffusers are chintzy, they are small, and the design is awful.The chain is attached to the lid, and the lid doesn't stay on, even when you struggle to line up the cut outs with the tongue and grove fixtures on the lip of the lid and basket, the lid doesn't stay on. So when you pull the chain to pull the basket out of your cup, the lid pulls away from the basket, spilling tea leaves on your cup.

Very good infuser. First of all, getting two is perfect because this way you can share tea time with a friend. Second of all these are large so you can use a two person tea pot and fill one of these 3/4 and have enough for two large cups of tea which is perfect. The price for these was perfect too.
