The company's service is impecable. The BOS arrived right on time. This stuff is the bomb for healing me and eliminating my pain. If I have a headache, I just make a capsule of this and it's gone within minutes. I was at a friend's house and I noticed this on his bar with an empty teaspoon beside it. This is my third order of this black seed oil. As stated the product is very strong, very potent. Absolutely love it. Has been VERY beneficial to me. I hear its good to take with honey or another sweetener if using for the first time. Good advice. Gave 3 stars for its flavor not because its bad but due to its strong (bitter) potency. Didn’t want to give impression it’s supposed to be a sweet flavor. Very bitter and exactly the way it should be.

I can't say what benefits I have received because I haven't been on it long enough. I still have to get to 3 teaspoons. I am at 2 teaspoons. I notice that I get a temporary sick feel in my stomach but it passes. I will stay with it hoping it does help with joint pain, improve the hair and skin etc.

This black seed oil helped me get over a horrible sinus cold and cough. Was sick for over almost 2 weeks with a sinus cold, coughing all night- no sleep for days. This is a very strong Blackseed oil with a very strong taste you know itTaste like mold royal but if you mix it with the Blackseed oil honey it’s delicious mix it with a little honey and water and it’s wonderful the health benefits outweigh the taste
