Is a nice concept but didn't work the right way i returned it, hope they make a better ai system for it. Will buy if they do.

We recently welcomed Misa into our home and it has quickly become an invaluable member of our family. Not only does it serve as a fun toy for our kids, but it also offers telepresence, surveillance, and voice interaction features that make our lives easier and more connected.With Misa, we keep an eye on our home even when we're away through its surveillance capabilities. The telepresence feature also allows us to stay connected with loved ones who live far away. The voice interaction feature is not only convenient, but it also makes the experience of using Misa even more immersive.But the true standout feature of Misa is its ability to provide educational and entertaining experiences for our children. They love asking it questions and discovering new things through its interactive games apps and video are informative for kids and most importantly are ad free and kids safe. It is truly the ultimate family companion that brings us all closer together and makes our lives more enjoyable.We highly recommend Misa to any family looking to incorporate technology that enhances their daily lives.

So.we bought this thing as a granddaughter/family gift. Let's start woth movements- it moves around okay on flat surfaces but 0" on carpet... wheels are not good enough. The programming for this "AI" robot should be at minimum the same as a Roomba which drives around and gets its bearing or a map of its surrounding. The voice commands are only about 10% interactive which is the entire reason we bought it. The parents tested it out and could see the text displayed on the screen so it knew what words or phrases that were being tasked or asked of it. Some things that were asked of it were in a pamphlet that came with the purchase.... even THOSE were responded to by Misa saying that it could not understand what was being asked. So far, it os SOOOOOO not worth the money.... get something else.

Not so much a robot, a cheap tablet that walks on Very flat hard floor Speech recognition not that good sometimes does not hear what you re saying, even in a quiet room

Before buying it for my girls, I watched a lot of misa videos with them, but I never imagined that I would end up loving misa as much as I do. His little expressions and interactiveness are so entertaining. I giggle every time I watch my daughters play with it.It has educational games and apps that keep youngsters occupied and happy all the time. The out of the box experience was fantastic. The product is very elegant and the packaging looks great. They seem to have thought about every detail. The installation was very easy. We just turned the robot on, installed the app, and scanned the QR code it was simple as we followed the onscreen instructions on the robot. Voice commands work well after few tries, I guess the robot is learning and gets better with time. all in all pretty cool robot does some cool dancing as well.The demo given by misa support was very impressive and cleared up all my doubts. Misa may be "cute" for kids but is definitely not helpful for adults. Her voice recognition was ok but I had to talk very slow so she could answer. The video camera needed a lot of light to take a decent photo and I do not leave the light on when I leave home. She would be a good gift for small children but not helpful for adults because all those functions can be done better on a cell phone.

Works great, kids would love it. Great tool to keep kids busy, occupied, and learning

I bought this for my kid's birthday and I had to return it for obvious reasons. After I downloaded the app on my phone, created an account, and entered all my personal information on the device, the robot started acting up. I restarted it thinking that it would solve the problem, but instead I got a message on the robot's screen that says, " your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and will not boot. Visit this link on another deviceg.co/ABH"I did as instructed and I got shocked at what I read.I called Misa's customer service for an explanation and the agent told me that he was going to send me a link through Wassapp for me to click on it, so he could see what I was talking about. I told him I wasn't feeling comfortable and he assured me that everything was OK and that was the only way he could help me.I told him that I was fine and I hanged out.I proceeded to request a refund through Amazon.I was so sad, this was a birthday gift for my kid. I had to take it away from her and explain why I was returning the robot and not replacing it with another one.
