The quality of these was actually very surprising. It works well for what I need. I am currently on a weight loss journey and these are low impact, but also work very well. The safety with these is great because the door anchor holds it in place very tightly. It is super comfortable to use and have a great value to your workout. I definitely recommend this product.

If you’re looking for a sturdy, durable, and lightweight material for workouts this is it . It comes with a carry bag so you’re able to take it anywhere and exercise. There’s different resistant for each band so you can add or minus your resistance while training . Great for building muscle and toning. Same results as dumbbells/weights. Comes with a workout plan for upper body, lower body , back , core etc . Ideal for women and men . I forgot to mention delivery was swiftly, came the next day . I also brought so protein powder off Amazon. Some protein powder are even SNAP ELIGIBLE. I give this product 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. If this product was just a little cheaper, many people won’t be so quick to buy the other products due to price . I had purchased another brand of resistance bands from a company no longer offering them now, so I was seeking a new 2nd set for various exercises needing 2 long bands. I purchased these and found them to be very different in resistance (lower) to the others which were much more sturdy and better made. These are fine, adequate, but not as good as I'd have liked. The door stopper feels cheap and the carabiners are too small for the nylon attachments. Not the best, but I'm sure not the worst out there.

Bought these last winter to be able to have easy resistance training while away for winter, and very portable - easy to pack and bring by car or plane. I used them all winter and they are good quality, easy to use and the different resistance levels came in handy depending on the exercise or body part I was working. I highly recommend. I also like the carry bag to keep them together when traveling. Next year I’ll skip bringing the easiest band as I didn’t use it, but I used the rest. I also like the attachments that allow you to us it in a door frame.

The rubber bands are very stiff and do not stretch out well. It's a weird feeling when trying to exercise. The handles are convenient

Originally I had given these bands a bad review because after about two months of normal use, one developed a tear. But then something interesting happened: I spoke to the company and got a great customer service response. The broken band was replaced right away! The other bands have been working great, and I have some even older ones from this company that are still going strong. So I think I just had a fluke with that one band.I'm glad it was resolved so easily, because other than that one incident, I love these things. After a rotator cuff injury, it took me a long time to feel safe enough to do exercises again, and these bands were a perfect re-introduction to get me moving. The multiple sizes mean you can work your way up gradually--and the multiple handles (and ankle straps) mean you have a ton of versatility in how you use them. And they are so much cheaper than gym fees (or buying weights for yourself)!
