A hole appeared while heating in the microwave (as per the instructions) and the balls started falling out everywhere. It's no longer usable, and I asked for a replacement, given I'd only used the mask about 15 times since I bought it and at the price sold; hence one would expect it to be much more durable. Amazon initially replied to my request that "The seller associated with your order or enquiry has left the Amazon store or is no longer able to receive any further email communications." After a phone call, they refunded it, so excellent customer service from Amazon, thank you.

This is an excellent product. The cover over the eyepads is perfect, keeps the eyepads clean. It heats perfectly and retains it for 10 minutes very very well, perfect. It fits perfectly and has perfect coverage over the eyes. Very easy to use.

Can't imagine how I used to live without this eye mask. It's of a high quality and it helps me a lot relieving my dry-eye problem. The high heat state doesn't stay not much longer than 5 minutes or so, but it's still very effective. Got to be careful not to wiggle my eyes or adjust during the wear because my eyelashes got bent doing that.. The pouch is very useful and beautiful. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. Great product!!

Arrived on time...item works well, but only holds the heat for ~ 5 to 8 minutes.
