I love the chair. Its super comfy and I love that it leans back and you can lock it in place. The only thing I didn't like was that when I put it together the cushion and back of the chair isn't even(see first photo of cushion). It doesn't seem to affect the integrity of the chair and I don't notice it when I sit in the chair. The lumbar cushion covers it so I don't see it if it's on. But because of that I gave it a 4 stars. Everything else was perfectly fine. Assembly was a little difficult. I'm also a small person. So it was hard to hold one piece and screw in the screws. I also had to use YouTube to try to figure out why my back rest didn't sit flush with the cushion. Still can't figure it out. I'll update my review if I figure it out. Other than that one flaw it's great. I want to get my husband one too.

Been looking for a chair like this for a while, and must I say, wow.First off, assembly:Wasn't too bad actually. Instructions were fairly simple to follow and seeing it complete is such a satisfying sight! I did struggle with some screws cause I couldn't get the holes to align on some of the parts, but I managed.Completion and comfort:Looks great once finished, and works great too! Rolls around nicely and the features work too, love the laying back feature and the foot rest is cool too. The chair is super comfy as well! I've only sit in it for like a min so far so I'll have to update when I test it for longer.Conclusion:All in all, a wonderful chair and well worth the price. If you're looking for a nice looking, comfy gaming chair, that's also not like a mental breakdown to put together, then id recommend this. You won't be disappointed!

So first of all the assembly is terrible by yourself. The instructions are absolutely terrible in general. The cushion is uncomfortable but I’m hoping that’s because it’s new. I started at 3pm and didn’t finish assembly until 5. It looks great but I definitely don’t want to put it together ever again.

The footrest remains slightly extended past the seat of the chair. When screwing it together, you can tell that the plates should have been adjusted before welding to provide more room for adjusting the depth of the footrest when retracted. My plans involve sewing so my legs will rest on it a little if I sit all the way back.Other than that, the chair is super comfy. The seat is wider than most chairs. I usually fill out most chairs but there is extra room (inches) on both sides of my hips.

I’m so glad my son loves this! He lives in another state and says it’s so comfortable and sturdy. Thank you for his wonderful gift.

I got the chair for my son and he loves it. It was easy to assemble, no more than 15 minutes to have it ready to go. The vibrating cushion feels amazing. Please don't listen to the video review of the purple chair, the guy obviously didn't know how to build the chair. The arms bend lol so when the chair reclines, they move with it. All in all I have no complaints. Clean, sturdy, comfortable. Happy buying!

In less than 2 weeks the pneumatic lift started giving out and it randomly drops, but customer service is sending out a new lift. Customer service was friendly and helpful.
