Women's Trase Tx Skate Shoes

Love the style but the shoe is far too narrow. I wear a US 13 men's and i've never had a narrow shoe before, so i assume the width of my feet is less than gorilla like. This shoe made me feel like i had to put my feet on a diet.Also seller requires you to pay full shipping on returns. It would have cost me almost as much to ship the item back as it cost to purchase. So now i'm out 45 bucks and have a useless pair of shoes that I guess i have to attempt to sell on ebay to a very narrow footed gentleman.

These shoes are even uglier in person than they are in the picture. My wife was making fun of me for wearing them yesterday and said they look like I stole them from a mental ward. Sad thing is, she's right. The logos are screen printed which gives them a super "I'm probably a knockoff" aesthetic. The canvas they're made of has creased up after only about a week of use and the gum soles.... so so so wrong and bad. See how the color in the product photo looks a "little off"? It's way worse in person. So bad that I truly wonder if these are real DC shoes cause they look like something Old Navy passed on and someone decided to slap a DC sticker on and pass off as a decent product. The fit and comfort are actually fine. They're certainly better than being barefoot but the style on these is badly lacking.

I love the style and price of this shoe. Just bought a second pair after wearing out my first one--they lasted over a year wearing them regularly, but I should've replaced them sooner. They fit fine, I don't find them tight at all. My only complaint is that my heel occasionally slips out of these, I had the same problem with my first pair and eventually broke them in to the point it stopped happening. Make sure you relace them and tie them very tight to minimize the slip when they're new. (I got a pair of elastic U-Laces for my new pair and those are actually holding them on much better than the laces they come with did.)Update: An eyelet pulled out of one sneaker after a week or two of wearing them. Both sneakers started splitting where the toe flexes after 3-4 months. I wear these almost daily but it still seems too soon to me. Going to knock off a star and look for something better.

Great shoes, very flat and not much arch but they are skater shoes, they need to bend and hug the board and be flexible.My son loves these shoes. I like them because the are great for him to run around in and also look good enough to wear out for a nice family outing.They got covered in mud one day, I took out the laces and washed them in the wash machine with mildly warm water, they came out great....no no no I never put shoes in the dryer, that heat tends to pull a shoe apart and out of shape, so a simple two days of air dry with the tongue pulled out and they looked brand new and ready to go again.They are really better on a slim or narrow foot, just so you know. I normally wear a 10.5 in DC shoes like this kind, and as always for the first couple of hours their 10.5 is snug. Afterwards though they do stretch out perfectly and all is well... except for this pair of shoes. The material doesn't seem to have any stretch in it, and after wearing them for 4 days straight they still fit tight. I'm probably going to give these to my nephew since they are not usable for me. If it was 1/2-size up it would fit perfect, but it's too late now to swap them out.

Seems this goes too large to be a women's shoe, but anyway, I'm a guy and followed another reviewer's advice to buy a size larger. I wear a 12 but ordered a 13 and it fits great. It's light, breathable, and has a surprising amount of cushion in the sole. Really comfortable. The sides are the tadest bit snug, but I don't think a 12 would've fit cause everything else is spot on.

I purchased these skate shoes for my son who is really into skate boarding. He managed to rip them after one day of skating. These are junk! His Chuck Taylor Converse lasted until he out grew them.

Overview: Very stylish shoes.Pros: Fairly inexpensive shoes from a reputable brand. They are very stylish and fit exactly as expected. The colors look great, and the laces are the perfect length so that they don't hang too low and get stepped on. I wear them without socks, which is perfectly fine and comfortable with these shoes, but they would probably look good with ankle socks as well. They shipped in only two or three days even though I selected Free 5-7 day shipping, which was a great surprise.Cons: Haven't found any yet, but I've had them less than a week. I'll edit this if I run into any.5/5, happy with this purchase.

Definatly not a skate shoe! Ok as a regular shoe but not for skateboarding as advertised! skated for only 1 hour and had to stop as i'd snapped the laces multiple times and ripped a hole clean through the shoe. Never had a shoe rip that quickly in ten years of skating. Too broken to even use as casual shoes now so a complete waste of money.

UK size 8 were more like a size 6. It may have been one mistake. I must say they are still going strong for my wife. Disappointed as waited longer than expected and as a birthday gift it was embarrassing.

I thought these would fit as I have been buying the same size of DCs for years. However, this time, although they are the usual size, the trainers are too narrow. Unfortunately I will have to return them.
