Metal Book Stand Adjustable Book Holder for Reading

I am an old-school typist, and this stand makes it easy to read papers that need to be entered into my computer for storage, or printing. It is easy to set-up and take down. Plus it is flat enough that it will fit into my laptop bag so I can take it with me when I go to the library, or when I am traveling with my laptop. I use the back piece from a letter-sized paper pad to help give loose paper support. I will definitely get another stand so I can keep one on my desk at home and have the other stand in the travel bag for my laptop, so I am never without my paper stand. And when it is folded down it takes up almost no space on my desk, and in my laptop bag.

I needed a stand to hold my guitar chord books when I practice. I took a chance on this black metal stand and I'm really glad I did. It's approximately 8" wide by 9" high. It folds pretty flat to about a quarter of an inch where it folds so it's easily portable and storable in a drawer. It's lightweight but sturdy enough to manage holding my heavy 9" W X 12" H Beatles complete chord book. See photos. That song book is heavy and the stand holds it without issue. No matter what section of the book I'm working from it remains balanced. It seems to be well made; all edges are smooth. For the price, you can't really go wrong. It functions exactly as it should. The back bar has 6 slot options for the book leaning height and the front bar is adjustable to accommodate the width and hold the book in place. I'm truly happy with it. Hopefully I will get some longevity out of it. Time will tell but so far overall, I'm really pleased and I'd definitely purchase again.

This item is sturdy. It is a bit heavy but that may be a good or bad thing depending on your point of view.It has rubber feet and so it wont slide.I wish the angle is more adjustable.It is able to support music sheets, music books and 8.5” x 11” paper sheets with ease.I wish it had a smaller footprint but it does what is supposed to do.

Perfect for my notepad.

This is made of firm metal, that is thick enough to be strong, and also thin enough to be lightweight. I holds my 3 ring binder of music, and also holds 150 page music opened books, setting on my sofa table without any wobbling or flimsiness. The angle is adjustable, and it folds down flat, except for the thick wire part up front, which stands out about 2 inches from the flat surface. I am super pleased with this table music stand! (I play violin, ukulele, and recorder.)

I use this to keep my agenda open when I’m working at my desk. It’s practical and also esthetically pleasing. Much better than previous books stands I’ve had in the past.

The stand is going to work for what I plan to use it for. Be aware that this ships in its own packaging. But that packaging is not made to stand up to shipping! Package was open and one corner of the stand was slightly bent. I was able to fix it and I don’t plan to send it back. But I would pay close attention and choose to ship in an Amazon box if you can.
