After reading about Mullen leaf and it's benefits, I decided to purchase, because of mucus buildup in my throat and I was having issues with my lungs, I wheeze a lot, and sometimes my breathing was a little labored. This is my third-day taking Mullein Leaf. I know it may be too soon but... the wheezing has subsided, and the mucous in my throat is not as much. My breathing is so much better. The pulls are easy to swallow. I am a happy camper.
