Bad product
This ear piece is a very bad product in terms of Bluetooth connectivity. I bought product first back in 2023, . Then due to Bluetooth issues , I bought a second one in November 2024. So I have decided not to bother anyone

Not loud enough
These earbuds have very good sound quality. The only problem they are not loud enough for workout in the gym and little bit less bass
