OEM Part that is made for the Vaquero. Really simple install you just open your left compartment and plug and play. If you purchase a bovee 1000 Bluetooth which also is sold on Amazon you will now be able to play audio from your phone AND be able to use your controls on your handlebar to switch songs. Excellent purchase for someone who wants to play their own music on the bike. I realize you could purchase the cheaper audio adapter kit but if you have a bigger phone and bigger type phone case you're going to have a hard time fitting your phone in the allotted space for it. So this method is the alternate method to that. It's gonna cost you more money but it is truly satisfying to be able to play from your own library or Spotify or whatever you choose for your own music.

I don't think the 30 pin connector is going to be around much longer! So maybe update the tech on this would be a great improvement

My part has a short in the wires. It makes my radio go into AUX mode which kills my ability to use the controls

I have had it less than a year & the wires have broken inside the connector. Keep losing connection to my ipod.

old and outdated. Just buy the one with headphone jack and a bluetooth adapter. You handle bar controls won't work except volume, but unless you have and old Ipod or phone they won't work anyway
