This book is by far the absolute best cookbook that I have ever bought and I have bought many. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I have tried several of the recipes and they are delicious!!!!!

If you want to start following the Mediterranean diet this cookbook can help. They give 365 days of quick and easy recipes with the 28 Day meal plan to get you on the path of eating healthy. They explain what the Mediterranean diet is and help clear up myths about it. They then explain how you improve your health and give great tips to help you improve quickly. They also give tips on keeping a journal to track your progress and they provide a grocery shopping list. There's also an awesome bonus at the end where you can gain 200 more delicious recipes. Delicious recipes with pictures that don't match
This cookbook is a good one for chefs new to this style of cooking. Healthy, easy-to-make meals...but don't go by the pictures, they often have ingredients shown not called for in the ingredient list or mentioned in the process directions. Example: picture in Week 1 shows ingredients on a corn tortilla, yet you are not supposed to eat it on a corn tortilla. This happens a couple more times at the beginning, and I haven't had it long enough to know if it's a theme throughout. The meals are easy and good, so I still recommend this cookbook, just don't rely on the pics for presentation ideas or get our hopes up if you see tortillas or pasta!

Recipes are not simple and use expensive or hard to find ingredients.

All black and white pictures
Very cheap more like a magazine, also all black n white pictures. Not very appropriate for a cookbook where the look of things is very important, I wouldn't have bought if I had known, I have since returned to find something better for the price

Mediterranean cookbook with attention to the calories. Every time I recreate any of the Mediterranean recipes I have a feeling of the many holidays and memories of the area. Real Mediterranean recipes.

Very well argued
I bought this book because I wanted to find some more recipes to cook as I've been following this regime for a few years now, but I have to say that I was impressed by the care with which it dealt with topics on how to stay motivated and I have reflected a lot.

Excellent introductory guide📙
I understood several things that were not so clear for me about this diet, like which foods to use more and which less and why. There are recipes for all tastes, I think today I will try "Salmon with roasted red pepper quinoa salad 🥗" I think it looks very tasty.
