I used this product for a few times and I did not feel any difference in bloating or digestion except it would change your bowel habits like fibre . It took two capsules at night and it would clear the tummy early morning at 5 which is rather early for a late timer and coffee drinker . Except that I noticed no difference. I was expecting a detox or refreshing effect with decreased boating or acidity .
