I definitely feel the caffeine and the energy boost before the gym. But the flavor is not there at all. Doesn’t taste good so I just end up chugging it..

I was looking around for a while at a pre-workout and was really after a particular stack, which this NF Sports brand has, as a proprietary blend. As a lay-person not really recording performance metrics regularly I find it hard to be "accurate" with how well this product performs but I will say a few things that stood out immediately.The taste is not bad at all. I expected worst but it dissolves and is relatively palatable compared to other products. I drink mine completely before I start a Crossfit workout, my wife chooses to drink and sip over the course of the workout. I suppose choose what path best suites you regarding that intake. I do find that 30 min before the workout suites best for me.The feeling of the ingredients, the caffeine/beta-alanine, come on softly instead of being really jittery or pin needles on this skin. I don't know the exact amount since its a blend but I'm happy with the feeling at least. Other products in the past with other vendors felt brute forced with racey heart or intense skin burning/itch but this product seems to balance that effect for me.I never cared for the "pump" effect but it was immediately recognizable when I finished a workout that involved lots of upper-body complexes. I felt like my arms were meat tubes but it felt kind of nice.Overall, I do see a performance gain when I do take it versus when I do not. The other variables playing into those performance metrics are hard to account for. Maybe it's more a mental placebo thing or I'm just acclimating better to the metcon styled workouts but for someone who rally tries to take most of these into account, I like it and will continue to purchase.I didn't get this a full 5 stars and I wish I would know how much of what is in the blends. This is not a strictly performance measure but more of a product, "I know exactly what I'm getting" angle.

One of the few available products that is not full of artificial colors or sweeteners. Good taste and zero sucralose or aspartame.

This is my favorite Pre-Workout to date. Great price, great product, great taste, and all their supplement ratios are right on par for what I needed in a Pre-workout. They use natural ingredients, leave out the fillers and chemicals you get in other brands and have a straight forward product with the supplements that are proven to show results.

Nasty taste

Effective, but it tastes awful. Couldn’t wait for it to be done.
