You get what you pay for. Nevertheless, Good customer service!
You definitely get what you pay for! If you are looking for an inexpensive faucet that you can use gently, then this will do the trick. However, if you want a sturdier faucet that's tougher, buy a different one. Having said that, ours worked great for almost 3 months, until it dripped non-stop. We attempted to fix the problem ourselves, but could not figure out the problem with the faucet. We reached out to the seller and got a response fairly quick at first, but it took a while to receive follow-up information on replacements parts. We ended up replacing our faucet with a store-bought one instead and requested a refund, which they promptly granted. So, not the sturdiest faucet, but good customer service!

Installed new laundry room faucet. East to install, all parts included but silicone we had to purchase separately. Sprayer works great. Makes an old tub look new with solid black color. Does not look cheap eventhoug it's a plastic faucet.

Plastic Garbage, plastic threads, wobbly and leaky. Nice cardboard box though.
This is in the trash. I don't even want to talk to the distributer about a return. It's grey plastic with plastic water hookup threads that stripped immediately. The whole thing is lightweight and and looks like a kids toy. I can't imagine a setting where an installer or purchaser would be happy with this product. Even the threads for the nut to secure it to the sink base stripped on one side immediately. Yes I've installed other faucets and understand the concept. I should have written "return to sender" as soon as I opened the box.

Fits our laundry room utility sink perfectly!
Our house came with a standard laundry room utility sink and a regular stationary faucet. That meant after using the sink to clean anything, we would have to use a cup to rinse the sink out afterwards. Stupid design. All utility sinks should have a sprayer. Now ours does. :-) Instructions were good. Quality is good. Function is great! Price is great!
