If you like cajun, then this is your spice
I actually found this product at a fishing lodge in Alaska. The chef was using it there. I asked to use some while I grilled my own fresh Sockeye. My buddy and I both agreed this spice was worth ordering. I did and have used it at home for other fish as well. BOOM.Its on my order list again!!

Not just for blackening.
I’ve been using this product for over 20 years, and love it. I put it on burgers, chicken, fish, pork chops, and as a dry rub on my ribs before putting them in the smoker. My favorite is covering raw shrimp and sautéing in a pan, and then adding it directly into Alfredo sauce, then covering a bowl of pasta. Excellent flavor.

A staple in my kitchen! Highly recommended!!!
I put this stuff on EVERYTHING!!! Really! I forgot which store I got the original canister from. Could not find it anywhere! And now since Coronavirus hit, shopping options are very limited. More than grateful to have found it on Amazon!!! Has flavor w/o too much heat! Wonderful for baking, grilling & seasoning all foods! Adds amazing flavors to vegetables as well!!!

Good stuff
I love this stuff, best blackening seasoning I've ever tasted. Other blackening seasonings I've used are loaded with salt, so the more of it you use the salteir your food gets. Not the case with this product the more you use the more flavor and heat your food gets.
