we bought this for explosive workouts. its great for in home gym and bodyweight workouts. i would not recommend jumping on it without it being against a wall, i feel like its not sturdy enough for that especially at the tallest height. also not for single leg time over tension workouts as it can be a bit shaky. we still get a versatile use out of it, would recommend.

I was looking for a foam box jump to utilize as a back rest for hip thrust for my home gym. This is the perfect size for it! (Make sure you get the larger size) very sturdy product and excited to continue using it!
