I have dry curly (2c-3a) hair. I mostly use deep conditioners and masks instead of regular conditioners because my hair needs it but this conditioner is one of the exceptions. Garnier is a brand that usually does not work well for my hair but this damage eraser line is gold and my favorite product it is definitely this conditioner. It has a rich, thick texture that feels like a mask and performs like a more expensive product. It is very creamy and has a soft, fruity scent that I absolutely love. It seals cuticles very well and leaves your hair soff and very shiny. I was very exited to find it here on Amazon and the big size bottle. For some reason I can't find this line in any store and my local Walmart where I use to buy it does not sell it anymore. If your hair is dry you will love this product. It is a must have for me.

I love this product! For my very frizzy, dry, recently colored, curly, thick hair, this product really worked! I used it as a deep conditioner and left it in about 20 minutes wrapped in a turban. It would probably work even better with heat applied. I felt immediate results in my hair's shine, softness, manageability, and overall appearance after just one use. I have, since, used it two more times and the results continue to improve. It did not seem to help with the frizzy texture of my hair but it isn't specifically designed to do that so I didn't really expect that to improve. The smell is lovely, although strongly perfumed. I like the lingering scent but for those with allergies or sensitivities, the smell may be too strong. I felt like the aroma adds to the sensorial experience of using the product. This conditioner has excellent slip and detangles well. Because it is protein based, it should not be used too often and should be alternated with moisturizing conditioners without protein to maintain a good moisture balance in your hair. This is definitely a keeper in my arsenal of products to keep my long hair in excellent condition. You can't beat the value for the money. It takes a lot of ANY product to fully coat my strands so cost can quickly become a factor and cause me to skimp on the amount of product or the frequency I use it. These are not concerns with this conditioner! I can slather it on and use it more often because the price is so low! I am always on the lookout for new products to try so I don't have loyalty to a specific brand but I find the entire Fructus line to be really great for my hair. I use a rotating collection of varied products from many price-points and this one outperforms most higher priced products made to treat damaged hair. While price factors into the equation, it isn't always a great indicator of quality (IMHO) and that proves true in this case. I also won't recommend a product, no matter how low the price, if it doesn't work. I have recommended this product to several friends with similar hair needs. I did not receive this product for free or a discount for reviewing it. I found the product on my own and have no affiliation or association with the manufacturer or anyone else. I rely on reviews before purchasing anything so I hope you find this one helpful in your own quest for gorgeous hair.

Use it in my beard once a week, but it works pretty good for what it is... and I smell nice too

Product works well but it is expensive and it does not increase volume.

The only negative thing I have to say about this is the price. This conditioner is so hard to find and some people have really taken advantage of that by jacking up the prices. If you want conditioner to tame some 4B hair that everybody will try to use when they're in your shower and that will make your hair as soft as velvet, then you're in the right place.

This a great conditioner! I’m a natural 4b, and this is great for a co-wash. The conditioner is creamy and has a great foam, leaves ur hair wonderfully soft and scalp clean. I’ve used this for a few years and my hair still likes it. I find it hard to find in stores but I’m glad I can get it on Amazon.
