Excellent addition to my home
Was fed up being asked is this - and thinking I know you're good with numbers because next door is 6 and the other next door is 10 and if you do the maths that makes this 8 and - and it was easy to fit and the writings really clear - even when its dark - and it's a really nice piece of slate and not some scrap chunk that came off the rubbish pile, so hopefully next time Amazon make a delivery I don't answer that same question time after time.

Clear and beautifully printed…
It was perfect, I wanted a smallish one and it is about the size of a postcard, but clearly printed and clear to see. At long last I am getting my parcels, delivery drivers kept delivering around the corner, that could be to do with stupid street signage.It was easy to fit and the screws are protected from the rain.

Not to be slated
I'd been looking around for a slate house name and number plaque for a long time and not really been happy with what was out there....until now. Made from quality material this plaque was perfect for what I needed. Easy to attach and the quality of the print looks amazing. I have used a good quality clear varnish over it so it will (hopefully) last for a lifetime.

Looks nice
it looks nice. The writing on the slate is painted on, but not carved. Hope it stays on for a long time. We shall see.

Ok ... but needs better packaging
Numbers are painted onto the slate.Time will tell how durable but the dispatch packaging needs to be improved as it was cracked when delivered by Royal Mail unfortunatelyEdit: seller kindly contacted me and issued refund for damaged slate. Thanks

Deeply disappointed !!
Deeply disappointed. The door number sign plaque was broken upon arrival. It is obvious that the packaging did not provide sufficient protection for such fragile item. It was wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrapper & then a thin layer of corrugated carton wrapper.
