Died three months later!!!!
Loved this machine!!! Great sound for a laptop. But three months later and it is DEAD!! Contacted the seller and they won't do anything, says to contact HP support as it is still under warranty. ONLY iT'S NOT! The factory warranty ended in November 2021! This seller is selling preowned products without disclosing it! If it is refurbished, it should be disclosed before you buy! This is not right! Some of us can't just throw out $250 on a whim! I had to save that up and now I have to start all over to save up for another laptop!!! I for sure will NOT be buying it on HERE!
