Great for Sorting Slides to Scan
I am slowly but surely trying to scan in my gazillion 35mm slides to digitize them with the goal of then getting rid of the slides, the carousels, projectors, slide screens, etc. This light is perfect for sorting 35mm slides. If you don't want the cardboard of one slide holder to touch its neighbor for some reason, you would only get 6 slides at a time on this lightbox. But if you overlap the cardboard slide holders and just want to see the images, I do 12 at a time. 3 rows of 4 fit fine, but the cardboard of the slide holder will be overlapping with its neighbor. That doesn't bother me, so it is 12 slides on this light at a time for me.

Easy to Use
We used this light box to review old slides. One can see well with this box.

Love separating the slides I want to keep and cutting down on doubles. Keeping only those my family will enjoy.

No light dimmer
This worked well enough, and did the trick. However, I would have liked to be able to dim the light to view some of the negatives I was looking at But I chose the more affordable model with less options. If you want to be able to dim the light, choose a different one

It does what it says it will do, and it does it easily. So portable. Just plug it in and voila! You're in business!

Kodak Led Light Box
Viewing old negatives made simple with this device. I expect to view and digitize about 500 negatives that otherwise would be lost.

Good Item
Love the small compact design that is battery operated is great. One problem is that I get reflection of my phone on the copied image. Will have to figure out how to fix that problem.

Diese Box funktioniert gut. Ich habe 3500 Glasnegative zu digitalisieren, s/w. Daher ist mir der Weißabgleich egal. LED-Licht hat ja meist ein paar Lichtfarben weniger, daher würde ich mich nicht trauen, Farbbilder (Negative) zu reproduzieren. Die Helligkeit ist ausreichend, auch bei sehr dichten Negativen.
