Can say for the weather proof or water proof part but I like these a lot they are easy to use as long as you don’t put to much heat to them they make radio wiring harnesses a piece of cake now if you do alot of small wires or wiring inside of vehicles I’d recommend these takes a lot of time out the traditional style crush type connectors and the hassle of getting the soldering iron out and melting it all saves a lot of time for quicker installs definitely worth it

Used a few of these for redoing a fan on my 3D printer. Call it the lazy route but I’m not about dismantling the printer to redo the entire line for the fan to the mainboard. Took longer to strip the existing wires than actually using the product, new fans flawlessly.

if you use a lot of them, invest in a heat gun, it make it so much easer. lighter or heat gun either way, they makes wiring trailers, cars, any wiring is so much easer
