Very useful tool
Worked as described to remove lock ring. One side worked better than the other side for my case.

Measure before you buy
It did not really fit my bike, but I was able to use it somewhat anyway.

Unfinished spanner
Rough stamped steel, still has sharp edges from stamping. Had to file so as not to be a knife multi tool. Spanner spacing wrong making it difficult to engage more than one tang. Bought as a loaner tool I wouldn’t mind not getting back. Now I hope it goes missing.

Nice steel, and worked, but just barely - a loose fit.
The Martina BB Wrench worked on my Genesis bike, enabling me to service the bearings. BUT, I almost returned it, as it fit very loosely. I'm not a bike expert, so I don't know if it was a true potential issue with the wrench, or purposely made in a bigger size, for greater compatibility. But, again, it did work, and of my 3 bikes, only one has this bottom bracket design, so I couldn't compare the size on other bikes. Also, the edges were somewhat sharp - so I think it should've been lightly sanded to prevent injuries. I usually wear gloves when working on my bikes. It's the unexpected injuries that can get you.

Sharp edges! Don't cut your hand!
I was a professional bike mechanic at one point and this tool would not have kept up. Luckily, I just need a cheapo because I'm not a bike mechanic and most of my bikes don't have this bottom bracket style any longer. It's a stamped steel tool and they didn't take any time to hone down the sharp edge. I had to take the handle to the wire wheel for a few minutes to get it so I wouldn't bleed when I used it.The tool size is barely in spec and while I can get the job done with it, it's a task to keep it engaged. You get what you pay for.
