Large and comfy.
Well made - lots of room for pillows - It's comfortable and portable. The Side compartments for stuff is handy. I like it!

Don't Hesitate to Buy This Chair!
This is a great chair with many positive features. First and foremost, we wanted to get several chairs to use in conjunction with traveling in a Class C RV, whose largest storage bin door is quite small. This chair is great for that because it folds up very nicely into a small circumference bundle, which is then able to fit into its storage bag with a drawstring tie at the top. When completely put away, the entire package has a diameter of 9". Perfect for our small bin doors of only 23" across. As for the chair itself, depending upon what you are looking for, my husband and I both find it extremely roomy and comfortable. He is 5'10" tall and approximately 160lbs. There is still plenty of room on either side of him, if you are a larger person. Bear in mind that this is a camping chair, not a cushy patio chair, but even still, the design of the sling is such that once you sit in it, you won't want to get up! The fabric is heavy, and doubled, so that it is quilted. While I would not call it padded, it feels as though it has some padding because of the quilting. This is so much more comfortable than most of these camp chairs that have flimsy, thin, cheap fabric, which make you feel as though you may fall through them if you sit down just a little too hard. It feels very secure, and the fabric envelops you, while still feeling sturdy. Speaking of sturdy, once unfolded, this chair isn't going anywhere! The legs are extremely strong and the design meets the claims of the manufacturer. As they demonstrate in their video, when you go to stand up, and push yourself up with your hands on the front of the arms, it's solid as a rock, which makes it much easier to get up. The front of the arms, just in front of the cupholders, are even padded to make pushing down on it very comfortable. A couple of little bonus features is that there is a magazine/whatever holder on BOTH sides of the armrests, and there are TWO cupholders. There isn't a sharp edge exposed anywhere on the chair. One of the best features of the design is that the back does not have a bar going across the back. When you lean back, there is no metal rod digging into your back or shoulders. For this style of chair, I would put it at the very top in its category. We have tried quite a few camp chairs, and to find one that is small enough to easily fit several in the storage space of a small RV, we haven't found one that compares. Obviously, I highly recommend it !

Bomb-Proof Camp Chair
This chair is not just a great camp chair, it is a great chair in general. Every camp chair I have ever encountered creaks when you sit down, but not this one. It feels like the build quality of the Cabella's lounge chairs, but in a way more portable setup. This is the perfect car camping, throw it in the back of your truck for years, indestructible camp chair.I bought this on the recommendation of Outdoorgearlab, after years of broken ozark trail chair. I could not be happier with the purchase. It is super comfortable, unlike a lot of other camp chairs that I have tried where I end up switching to a rock after 15 minutes. I have owned around 30 camp chairs over the years, and none of them come close to this one. This chair is like a full on couch. It seems bigger even than the ColemanMax chair, and definitely more bulky, but it totally makes up for it in comfort. I bought this for durability, because I intend for this to be my last camp chair for a long time. There seems to be no obvious flaws in the design, everything is built very heavy duty. The sack it comes in is probably the least durable part about it, but is still miles ahead of the competition. Backpack straps on this would not be comfortable for more than a quarter mile, but that is not what this chair is made for. Plenty of pockets on this thing everywhere.I will be buying another one of these for my girlfriend as we have already started battling over this one (we can actually sit side by side on the chair, just not comfortably). I am 5'11" 175 pounds and this chair is just enormous. If you want the best camp chair on the market that will last forever this is it.

Updated review after 2 yrs of ownership
April 22, 2022I often appreciate reviews that speak to the longevity and durability of a product, so I thought I'd add one for this camping chair.First, I use this chair regularly as an outdoor sitting chair in the backyard, along with a couple of camping trips of 2 weeks or more each year. The chair remains extremely comfortable and if your wondering if it fits the bill as "King Kong," I'm 6'3 218 pounds.I've had no problems at all with any stitching, hardward on the frame, ripping of the canvas or anything else and although I treat my equipment with respect I don't treat it gingerly at all.I even have had a few spills on the arms (tea and some alcoholic beverage) and some dish detergent and warm water cleaned it up and surprisingly without a stain. So, there's my update.Still comfortable and happy with it. Great chair for the backyard or for camping.Jan 17,2020Wow, better than expected!I was a bit leary of the great reviews this chair gets, but ordered anyway and very glad I did. I wanted a while to write this review because i wanted to try it long enough to give an accurate review. As far as durability, I've had no problems and it appears, from the workmanship, I probably won't have.Comfort - I'm 6'3" 225lbs and this is a great fit and, unlike any camping (portable fold up) chair I've ever owned, I can sit on this for an hour and feel great when I stand up.It's nice heavy canvas and dries easily ( got caught in the rain once). There is a review here suggesting the back bottom sits low and to cut a pool flotation to raise it up. I did this initially and found I was sitting to upright. I took them off and am more comfortable now. HOWEVER, if you also think it's to low in back, the reviewer's idea to raise it did work well and you might try it.So, have to say, I couldn't be happier.I even think there's a lifetime guarentee on this, although I need to check.
