I've seen repairs for the outer ring on harmonic balancers being made with epoxy like binary adhesion compounds, i.e. JB Weld

Superb Value!

I was skeptical of buying this because I was worried about the cheaper cost and, therefore, poorer quality. However, this threadlocker works fantastically!
