This item was perfect for beginning. Mind you it is specifically for mugs so it does not fit a 16oz cup. If you’re still learning how to do sublimate, this is perfect.

Heats up fast does the job

This is a good tumbler heat press. I was disappointed that the heat resistant liner came off of the heating element a few times after I began using it. The heating does seem to be even and the options for clamping it in are good.

Just gave this press to my cousin for her birthday and it's broken. The latch will not open and its passed my return date. I will open my press for now on.

I love it very good machine for me it's butter then any machine itry

I have tried to use the machine a couple of times, and I even bought a new sublimation paper. I even try switching the setting and it still would not do the job. I'm so disappointed with it. It's super cute but it does not work!

UPDATE talked to customer service rep and they are allowing me to Return this defective pressOnly had less than 2 months done maybe a dozen mugs it started smoking and shorted out inside. Sent message to manufacture to be told to contact Amazon. Amazon says it’s past return or exchange date. $150 wasted

Both times I tried to use this it got overly hot and it started to smoke internally. The last time it continued to smoke even after I turned it off, and only stopped once I unplugged it. Kinda scary. I returned it and will not be buying again.

Super disappointed that after minimal use, barely 5 months old, it’s not heating evenly anymore. Can’t figure out how to contact someone for warranty or replacement.
