sound is great I use it most days and the battery life is awesome. worth the money it is a great item! I accidentally bumped it in to a tub of soapy water today and sound is still the same, let it dry out by putting it speaker side down and it will be ok. it is a small speaker, but loud.

Bought one or these guys about 4 years ago, the charging port ended up breaking, however I used it every day. The sound quality is much louder and crisper than most off brand speakers. My job involves a lot of water and this thing is totally water proof. Highly recommended and look forward to bringing it kayaking

If you're looking for awesome sound, these aren't the best since they're not stereo. I just use them while I'm riding my bike - I have a clip attached to a handlebar using a zip tie and attach with the clip that came with this. I just unclip it to charge and it's really nice to have. Some songs, that utilize stereo, like some Beatles songs and Pink floyd, won't sound well because they sometimes have instruments coming out of only one channel. This isn't a big deal for my use of these speakers, though, because I don't want a big speaker on my bike.

If you were looking for a small portable Bluetooth speaker that can bump really loud this is not the one for you. It gets very loud but not loud enough for me at least. What I mean by that is this can be use for a small get together, if you’re just chilling in the kitchen, out by the pool but not a house party it will not be loud enough. All together it’s a great speaker to have if you just need to play music in your room.

I took a very long time to get a speaker for an ice rink. I wanted something small specially shock proof and water proof since sometimes it gets dropped off from the side. The sound is not the loudest I would’ve preferred but then again it’s so small that it’s worth it and my daughter can listen to it in the whole ice rink. I’m very happy with it

Such an awesome little speaker, & it’s pretty loud! Waterproof just like it said, & super easy to connect to Bluetooth. Came with a little charger & clip for easy holding or even clipping it to a tube! It was Loud enough for our group of 7

Sound does not sync with the picture when streaming movies. Very short battery life. I bought this one to replace the same Altec I've had for years. If I hadn't waited so long to take it out of its packaging, I would have returned it. It's a throwaway

I ordered one, the back was bulged out like when a battery expands and I returned it. I then ordered 2 for the stereo pairing. Both have the same bulge. Upon examination it is caused by poor assembly: the battery appears fine, but there was a glob of silicon under the battery that looked as if it had spilled over from the waterproofing and was keeping the battery from seating properly. End result is the back case doesn't quite fit right and I'm a bit skeptical if it is still waterproofed. Even after removing the excess silicon and seating the battery properly, the case is still bowed out. The sound is AMAZING for such a small package. They've used two speakers, presumably one to fill in the lows. It by no means thumps, but watching movies and playing games sounds very good. Getting the stereo pairing set-up was a bit tricky, and once it was set up it sounded out of sync occasionally. I mostly use these to have sound come from the monitor a video is on instead of my main computer.

Sound is a bit distorted but it's a low cost speaker, so not too surprised.
