Cat loves the food, but a good portion of the cans were dented in. Of course in my opinion you can't blame that on anyone other than the transportation due to the fast drivers of today, and all the bad drivers we have anymore.

05/19/20 update: Ordered 04/27 Received in good condition 05/06 Best By date April 2022 Following 2 episodes of regurgitation and a 3rd one which included vomiting, all within a 24-hour period, our 9 lb. Snowshoe was taken to the vet. Due to Covid19 procedures, she was taken within her cage from the tailgate of our truck, and later returned by the vet assistant. Consultation with the vet occurred over the cell phone. A prescription of 4 mg. Ondansetron was prescribed in pill form, with 1/2 tab to be administered by mouth every 12 hours for 3 days. It is a medicine used to reduce vomiting after cancer drug treatment or surgery, and for other purposes. Mallory is affectionate and loves to be petted, stroked, and played with, but when we try to hold her still or pick her up, she violently flips her body in attempt to escape. We don't try to pick her up because it is obviously so aversive to her, so we knew that we'd have to hide her medication within her food. My husband broke all of the pills in half first, to prevent giving too much by error. He then crushed one of the half pills and put it in Friskies beef chunks with gravy, which did not disguise the taste enough for our cat. After she refused to eat that, I suggested adding the Friskies Chicken with Salmon shreds food on top of the beef. We did that and she then gobbled up everything in her bowl. Now she is given her 1/2 of each crushed tab in about 2 tablespoons of the can of Chicken with Salmon shreds with gravy. Success!!! Friskies Chicken and Salmon shreds with gravy is strong enough to disguise the taste of Ondansetron, and probably other medications as well. To increase chance of success if you attempt something similar, do it when your cat is hungry. Do not use too much food, as you first want to make sure that your cat eats all of the medicine by consuming all of the food into which it has been placed.
