While it slightly alludes to it nowhere does this outright say it does not contain refined nicotine and has numerous other ingredients. Not in the amazon listing and not even on the box. I didn't see it until looking at the actual foil packages inside the box.It does contain tobacco. Tobacco itself has many potential harmful compounds and getting an exact quantity of a specific compound from a whole plant instead of using a single refined ingredient is much more difficult. It would come down to the quality of the company to be sure you actually get 7mg consistently with each patch. Nicotine even has benefits at low dosages (.5-5mg has been studied for treating adhd and neurological decline) and far less risks at high dosages than tobacco itself, which along with accuracy of dosing is another reason companies use nicotine by itself.The patches also contain several herbs and other ingredients including codonopsis pilosula, chrysanthemum, methold, and clove. Since most of these are used to treat anxiety or sleep disorders they might be good for some people but everyone reacts differently to herbals. Some may even experience worsened sleep issues or other side effects from these secondary ingredients. Despite all the problems I went ahead and tested a patch to end up with a horrid rash on my wrist.Finally the instructions are utterly lacking. Basically it just says to apply the patch to your wrist with warning about damaged skin. Each foil package has 2 patches. So do they only last 12hrs each and each foil package is 24hrs? Are you meant to apply 2? Figuring out proper use requires some assumptions based on knowledge of typical usage and packaging of nicotine patches, doing some math to add up the full number of patches and days it claims to last or using the random bits of wording here and there much like the "plant extraction" hint of other ingredients. Making assumptions of how to use a medical treatment could go quite wrong for those people who miss a piece of info somewhere and make a mistake.Maybe if other plain nicotine patches have failed you it might be worth the risks of trying these since withdrawal may be less with all compounds in typical tobacco and the additives might reduce common symptoms. Otherwise these do have an increased risk compared to plain nicotine patches and the company does severely need to provide more information so people can make an informed choice on the use of this particular option prior to buying it.

They work as described, however they do not hold up through a shower or swim like other brands. Gets a little expensive to change a couple times a day.

I used this with a nicotine free vape device. Works great! However, the patch kept falling off. I can’t afford to spend more money on patches, but if you can afford to then do so. The glue sucks.
