I have a Nest thermostat controlling it and my furnace. Less than a year ago, had a problem where the Nest was saying there was a problem with my wiring. A serviceman arrived, immediately knew it was the Contactor, and replaced it. When it happened again, I bought this Contactor and replaced it myself. The old unit's contact points were corroded, which is probably why it failed. The new one has been working well for over a week.
