These Electrolyte Stamina Power Paks are something I like to take when I'm going to be running or working in the heat. I don't use them during running, but often before and sometimes afterward. They seem to help me both prepare for and recover from light to moderately strenuous activities that like to mess with my electrolyte and energy levels.If my electrolytes get really depleted or I'm going to be doing very strenuous activity with a lot of sweating, then I need something like Normalyte NormaLyte Oral Rehydration Salts or TRIORAL - Oral Rehydration Salts ORS (15, One Liter Packets/Box) World Health Organization (WHO) New Formula for Food Poisoning, Hangovers, Diarrhea, Electrolyte Replacement (which is the same stuff as Normalyte but cheaper and without added flavor). But for preventative measures or just recovering from general malaise after running or working in the heat, throwing a pack or two of these Power Paks into a few ounces of water helps. Another great product for general electrolyte support throughout the day, especially when you're regularly sweating, is this: LyteShow - Electrolyte Concentrate for Rapid Rehydration - 40 Servings (With Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc). (I have more detailed reviews of TRIORAL and LYTEshow on their respective pages.)The one thing these Power Paks have beyond the other electrolyte products is the many vitamins and minerals beyond electrolytes Power Paks contain. Sometimes my body notices that difference. The Power Paks are extremely easy to take and the flavor is pretty good along with the fizziness (which you can reduce if desired by waiting a minute or two after you stir the packet in). I love that I can empty the packet into a glass, throw some water in, and then just shake it gently with my hand--no need for a utensil. I've used both Acai Berry and Concord Grape and like them both.What you shouldn't do is dissolve a packet or two into a large amount of water (a full bottle) and then drink it slowly over time while exercising. It tastes rather horrible and flat. But that was me deviating from the product instructions. I learned my lesson.

My mom's been taking this for months after surgery for electrolytes (that dont have the *** in it like gatorade).... Her nails are so strong and growing like crazy because of this. Thats a first ever. The Grape tastes like purple powerade only this is excellent for you. The health food store i go to constantly sells out of this which is why I purchased it off Amazon. This is exactly what I buy at my local health food store. Zero side effects. Very effective. Highly recommend this seller only because its 100% legit- unlike many others on here. Highly recommend.

These taste very refreshing. I appreciate the amount of vitamins and minerals it has. As well as the lower sugar compared to other types of water enhancements. At times there is a slight vitamin smell or taste, but it is not overbearing in my opinion. These are also fairly priced compared to similar products.I have and will continue to purchase again.

Watermelon is my favorite flavor and these definitely live up to tasting like watermelon. Great for hydration and lots of your necessary vitamin c!

I'm not one of them scientists so I can't speak to the efficacy of this product but I can tell you that Blueberry tasted pretty gross to me 😂. I accidentally discovered that if mixed with a small amount of orange juice this actually taste really really good. So that's my hot tip for you guys. Raise your glass and toast to me if you make this concoction.Packaging was fine, the little packets are fine, and the quality was fine. No clumping (not sure if this is a thing that would happen anyway).Got this cause my Zero Water filter apparently sucks all the good stuff out and I was getting a ton of muscle cramps. I haven't had a muscle cramp since I made a pitcher of this stuff.

The doctor and dietician were telling me to drink more water, at least 64floz per day. The trouble is, the more I drank the more I peed, my cells weren't absorbing it. This is a modern phenomenon due to drinking bottled water, which has all the minerals filtered or distilled out. The bottled water producers filter them out to improve the taste of water. However, the minerals are needed to allow your cells to absorb water.Hence the reason I ordered these little sachets.Mine are the Cranberry flavored ones and I add one to my first 16.9floz bottle of water each day. I can now drink the necessary daily amount of water that my body requires to function properly, without getting up six times in the night to pee. Honestly, I feel a lot better, with more energy and mental clarity.Be aware though, it may say Cranberry flavour on the packet and the water does turn the correct color for Cranberry juice once you add it; But it tastes like dirty bathwater left in your navel for two days and then drank directly with a straw. There's a reason this stuff is filtered from your water, as it tastes like roadkill skunk mixed with sweaty vest.However, that said, I do recommend the product for its health benefits and its definately worth drinking.

I have been wanting to buy a powder that had all of the main minerals and vitamins and trace minerals for a while now. I forgot trace minerals existed because they have been around for many years now. I am glad I was reminded by a friend that these exist because I drink reverse osmosis water (depletes all minerals, vitamins,etc) and I need this nutrtion added back to my water. I am feeling hydrated and have more energy and feel more calm.
