Good little mask for bad times
This mask is what I use for COVID use. I bought mine in January because I had the foresight to see this COVID problem coming. The price I paid is not relevant right now because they are going to cost much more now than I paid then. If you can get one I would recommend it. The reed valve on it will allow you to exhale without the mask getting contaminated with moisture and ruining its ability to protect you. When you inhale the valve closes bringing air in through the filter material which is quite thick. This mask is the best protection for COVID in my opinion short of buying a full face mask with the changeable filters which of course is much more restrictive and not really feasible for regular daily use in outdoor conditions such as going to the grocery store. For today's COVID needs this is my recommendation for wearing a mask out in public. It is by far superior protection over any other option you have for public usage.

Finally they return!!
I was wearing a reusable mask with Velcro and valves for over a year now. I saw these 3M masks on amazon and I got them as quick as I could. I’m now wearing these all the time. I’m so glad they let us buy them again. The head strap is much more better than the ear loop design. I use the other blue disposable masks underneath for added protection which I bought tons of boxes of at sams club. Gotta use them but not good to use alone.

Fit comfortably enough, package was damaged
The masks came in a crushed box probably because it was just put in a standard plastic shipping bag, it maybe should be packaged in a box. They were all together in an unsealed bag but still seemed fine. The masks fit alright enough, the headbands are slightly tight but not uncomfortable unless you are wearing them for a long time. They seem to do the job and feel a slight bit cooler than the standard n95s. I got them for wildfire smoke and cleaning out a mildew/moldy basement, they seem to keep odors out pretty well.

Before the Pandemic
I purchased these N95 respirators a few weeks prior to the pandemic break out. SO glad I did. These respirators are our "standby" items after the flimsy cotton ones need cleaning. Back then they were a fabulous price....I cringe to know what the cost is now, even if they are still available to the general public. I wish now that I had purchased a few more packages. But a good buy!

Not Suitable for Covid-19
As a N95 face mask during the pandemic, I paid a steep price, close to $10 for each mask.As a Respirator face mask, it doesn't provide as good a protection as non-respirator. Virus could pass through the respirator. While N95 non-respirator face masks by 3M are still in short supply and we should save them for the medical personnel, the best mask available nowadays is KN95. Most other face coverings do not meet the N95 standard.
