Q: These same size packages sell locally at stores for $3.99. why so overpriced here????

I believe they are scamming the consumer. The Amazon headline says "Knott's Berry Farm - Premium Raspberry Shortbread Cookies - 20 oz (567g)" and the box shows 10 oz. (284 g) and this what was delivered to me on Monday February 24, 2020. I received 10 ounces of cookie crumbs not 20 ounces as advertised. Today I received my order of the Bosenberry cookies and the order was as advertised (20 oz.).

Q: Several customers purchasing these cookines complained about them being broken upon arrival. How could they not be? Is this now prevented?

Mine were packed ok and not all broken up. Maybe Amazon should address the place handling them!!

Q: How many cookies are in a 20 oz box?

I have a box and it says 4 servings of 20, so apps 80 cookies.
