Gives a good stretch
Used this for my lower back and sciatica. 1/2 the price of some others online and works well.

Works as described
This does what they claim it does. Brought me some relief immediately. I had bought a similar more popular device previously but that one was too hard so I returned. I Highly recommend this device.

Worth every penny
Perfect stretching tool. Good balance of soft and sturdy. I tried hard plastic devices found them to hurt more than they help. This only shows use in the back and hips, but works to the psoas too.

The knobs are in exactly the right places and this is a very effective tool. Definitely a great investment!
