It needs to be babied just a little, but it's well worth the extra attention, like using silicone, wood, or other non-scratch utensils. You don't need to crank the heat up; medium high and below are sufficient for most everything. If you don't clean up immediately, no big deal; a short soak with or without soap will loosen any dried food and even tomato-based sauces will disappear with a good buff from a paper towel. It looks substantial, but is actually no heavier than an aluminum pan. They look very classy.

I wanted some extra sauce pans, so I bought this brand. LOVE it! It's made really well and just feels good. I love, too, that there's no rivets as those detract from the beauty of cookware. It's just the right size for a hearty bowl of soup or vegetables for two. Good stuff!

I love the look on this pot and also have a matching pan, but every time I use it, the coating flakes. That can’t be healthy or safe! I purchased in July and will not use it again. 👎🏼
