Easy to install, effective .

After reading another review about gluing two small neodiium magnets on the shutter I thought I would give it a try and I can confirm it works flawlessly and no rattles coursed by the with blowing the lid open .Maybe the seller ought to consider adapting them at the factory.

Flap does not contact so wind will blow back though.

Held for a later job. Check size before ordering.

This flap has certainly reduced the back draft through our extractor flan. It is quite flimsy and could do with the flap having a light spring on it to save it flapping in any wind. Some have had problems getting the seal on but I found that by lightly inserting the screws enough to hold unit almost in place the rubber seal could then be stretched around and the screws tightened more easily.

I bought this style previously, and it was in a very windy spot with no problem, but this one I think is thinner, there for noisy!

Good quality product made of stainless Steel, excellent value for money, highly recommend
