This was a gift for my SIL who is a Physical Therapist. He used it once on my hamstrings because I have fibromyalgia. It helped a lot and he likes the set.

I am a Clinical Orthopedic Bodyworker(40+ yrs) Learned IASTYM from an occupational therapist specializing in Hands, for my own serious injury. So started using in my paractice, and amazed at results. IASTYM is not Gua Sea, You are going at the depth and direction, to break up adhesions, and scar tissue, not tryingbt pull stagnation, as in Gua Sha.i've tried other single tools when I first started using. Out of about 5 diff kinds, I have 1 with the correct beveling t be truly affective. THESE ar the same quality, as my best tool. So happy w this set.Comes in a big steel looking internally padded suitcase, Didn't really need But Love it anyway. Can't go wrong, if a therapist.

The product was higher quality than I expected. It came in a sturdy box with each piece individually wrapped in a nice soft pouch. That is nice since I can take just one tool while traveling without having to worry about damage. The images do not show the true quality, which was a pleasant surprise! Now, I have to review scraping techniques and learn more about gua sha.

Super good quality and work amazing

This set completely exceeded my expectations and I love it so much! Working as a physical therapist I was intrigued by instrument assisted manual therapy. However, whatever instrument that was introduced during whichever course easily runs above hundreds. I'm completely independent without any assistance through the clinic that I just can't bring myself to purchase any of that. These are not of the same shape but work really well. They have really good weight to each of the instrument and the edges are smooth. I practiced on myself and it helped with my sore spots dramatically. The only thing I didn't like was the velvet bags that each of the instruments were placed in - I thought it's totally unnecessary and a waste of time and effort, also not helping mother earth.

Each tool is smooth and well made. They are easy to handle and help reduce hand fatigue. Great for professionals and for home use as well. Most of these stainless steel massage tool sets are at least twice as much as this set. This set comes with five tools that vary in size, shape and thickness. A nice case is included. The handled suitcase style case has foam cut outs for each tool. The cut outs are deep enough so the tools stay in place and don't slip around while being carried. Great set and highly recommend!
